1. Who we are

Bouvera Dairy Consulting is an independent dairy consultancy based in Sweden. It is currently operated as a sole activity and is not yet incorporated as a company. Contact: contact@bouvera.com.

2. Consulting services

Consulting is offered in three formats: Phone (€199/hour), Video (€249/hour) and On-Farm (€299/hour, covers up to 25 cows per hour, travel costs billed at actual cost). A quote is confirmed by email before any paid work begins. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Nature of advice

All advice is professional guidance based on the information you provide. It does not replace veterinary care, legal advice, or on-site regulatory inspections. You remain responsible for decisions taken on your farm.

4. Community

The Bouvera Dairy Mastermind is a free professionally moderated community. Members must be constructive, evidence-based and respectful. We may remove content or accounts that violate the community guidelines.

5. AI consultant

The AI consultant provides general information and helps match you with the right service. Its answers are generated by a large language model and may contain errors. Do not rely on it for veterinary emergencies or regulatory decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, layout and materials are owned by Bouvera Dairy Consulting and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal reference.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability for any claim arising out of the use of this site or its services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
